Leaky Roof gets Full Roof Replacement

Mrs. Latonga was having some issues with the roof on her rental property. After a recent storm came through, her tenants found several shingles on the ground, and noticed there was a leak in the garage. Trying to find a solution quickly, Mrs. Latonga called MVW Roofing to set up an appointment to have a free estimate performed on the roof. The sales representative taking care of Mrs. Latonga was Zachary. He arrived at the rental property and measured the dimension of the roof completely by hand. He then, took photos of the current state of the roof, and inside the garage where the leak formed. Zachary also crawled into the attic to check for further damage. After performing his detailed inspection, he gave Mrs. Latonga her same day estimate and reviewed his findings with her. Once the homeowner agreed with the estimate, our crew was prepared to get started on replacing the roof! Our crew began stripping the old, worn shingles and underlayment. They carefully inspected the roof's decking to check for rotting wood due to water exposure. They replaced all decking affected with new OSB decking. They then laid the new ice and water shield barrier to protect the decking. Once this was completed the new shingles were properly installed! The only thing left to do now was ensure that the yard was clean, and free of any debris. Mrs. Latonga was very pleased with her experience with MVW Roofing and was overjoyed with the new appearance of the home! But most of all, the tenants were relieved to have a leak free roof!

Mr. Michael of Ellaville, GA was having some trouble with his roof. He hired an opposing roofing company to come out and repair the roof on three separate occasions with no success. This property owner was in desperate need of a roofing company who would stand behind their work, and get the job done right the first time! Home in Americus, Ga gets a Partial Roof Replacement
Mrs. Shakedra of Americus, Ga was having multiple leaks around the living space of her home. When looking underneath the back porch, she discovered rotting wood that began to fall apart. This homeowner knew that a change would have to be made. She gave MVW Roofing a call to schedule an appointment for a free roof inspection. Our sales representative Blake arrived to perform the thorough inspection and with a closer examination he discovered areas along the roof that were sunken in indicating rotting decking. There were areas where shingles had begun to separate and hang lower than where they were initially placed. Blake formulated a plan of action and explained to Mrs. Shakedra that the main part of the home and the porch would need to be fully replaced. She agreed and they then planned a time for production to come out and do the partial replacement. Once choosing the perfect time, our reputable crew arrived and got down to business. They removed all shingles on the main part of the home and the covered porch in the back. Here the decking was closely inspected. Each piece affected by water was removed and replaced with new OSB. The porch however, had to have all new decking. The leak had spread and completely covered the entire area. After the decking situation was sorted out, new Velora underlayment was applied, and it was time to begin installing the highly rated IKO shingles. The Granite Black color was chosen to match closest to her existing shingle color. Once the job was completed, Mrs. Shakedra couldn't believe her eyes! The new shingles matched so closely to the rest of her home, and most of all... it was no longer leaking! We are so appreciative that Mrs. Shakedra chose MVW Roofing to complete this job for her, it was a pleasure!
