MVW Roofing Before & After Photos

Mrs. Latonga was having some issues with the roof on her rental property. After a recent storm came through, her tenants found several shingles on the ground, and noticed there was a leak in the garage. Trying to find a solution quickly, Mrs. Latonga called MVW Roofing to set up an appointment to have a free estimate performed on the roof. The sales representative taking care of Mrs. Latonga was Zachary. He arrived at the rental property and measured the dimension of the roof completely by hand. He then, took photos of the current state of the roof, and inside the garage where the leak formed. Zachary also crawled into the attic to check for further damage. After performing his detailed inspection, he gave Mrs. Latonga her same day estimate and reviewed his findings with her. Once the homeowner agreed with the estimate, our crew was prepared to get started on replacing the roof! Our crew began stripping the old, worn shingles and underlayment. They carefully inspected the roof's decking to check for rotting wood due to water exposure. They replaced all decking affected with new OSB decking. They then laid the new ice and water shield barrier to protect the decking. Once this was completed the new shingles were properly installed! The only thing left to do now was ensure that the yard was clean, and free of any debris. Mrs. Latonga was very pleased with her experience with MVW Roofing and was overjoyed with the new appearance of the home! But most of all, the tenants were relieved to have a leak free roof! 

Joe was aware of a leak in his roof, so he decided to give MVW Roofing a call to take advantage of the free estimate service that MVW Roofing offers. Zack (the MVW Roofing rep) went out to perform an inspection and found that the eave of the roof was experiencing wood rot below the shingles and needed to be repaired. Mr. Bill called MVW Roofing for a service ticket repair which included reworking a commercial roof curb for an air handler that was recently replaced. With rain coming the following day and being a cold storage facility that houses food items, this was an urgent situation. We were able to respond within 3 hours and make the permanent repair needed to the roof curb.

This food processing plant needed a patch applied to the structural panel above an electrical transformer coming through the metal roof. Mr. Michael of Ellaville, GA was having some trouble with his roof. He hired an opposing roofing company to come out and repair the roof on three separate occasions with no success. Upon inspection, our sales representative discovered that the culprit of this pesky leak was coming from the dormers of his home. This was allowing water to make its way inside the home, and cause damage to his ceiling. Soft, discolored spots began to form where the water was entering. 

Our wonderful team of roofers discarded the old shingles and replaced all of the damaged plywood underneath that had been affected by the water. Our crew honed in on the areas around the dormers to ensure this would not give the property owner any more issues. We replaced the underlayment and applied new shingles to the entire home. The finished product is truly breathtaking, and Mr. Michaels's home is as beautiful as ever. Not to mention, it is free!
