Mr. Edwin from Hahira, GA, was dealing with a persistent leak in his home every time it rained, which was starting to cause discoloration on his bedroom ceiling. With his roof approaching twenty years old, he knew it was time for a replacement. Our appointment center reached out to schedule a convenient time for one of our top sales representatives to provide a free estimate. Mr. Edwin agreed, and Zachary came by to assess the situation.

During the inspection, Zach noticed the shingles were significantly faded from years of sun exposure and that many were missing granular, leaving the surface smooth. He explained to Mr. Edwin that a more thorough inspection would be necessary once the roof was stripped down to the decking to fully understand the extent of the leak damage. Mr. Edwin was ready to proceed with a complete roof replacement.

We added Mr. Edwin to our production schedule, and after a few weeks, our crew arrived to begin the installation. They carefully surrounded the entire home with tarps to prevent any debris from causing issues. After removing the old shingles and underlayment, we uncovered the source of the leak. We replaced the damaged decking with new OSB to ensure a long-lasting solution. Once the decking was secure, we laid down new underlayment to protect it. The homeowners chose IKO's Dynasty AR shingles in the color Biscayne, and the transformation was stunning!

After the last shingles were installed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up, leaving Mr. Edwin's yard immaculate. Mrs. Kathryn's home in Valdosta had several areas on her roof where shingles were missing. Our crew worked hard to remove any and all affected decking and replace these pieces with new OSB. Once this step was completed new underlayment was applied and our top tier shingles were ready to be installed. This homeowner chose IKO's Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray. Worried about a recent storm that came through their area, this customer decided to give MVW Roofing a call for a free estimate. Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went out to inspect the roof and found extensive hail/storm damage. The customer and salesman discussed what options they had and ultimately chose a full roof replacement to fix the problems.

This customer initially called MVW Roofing after a tree fell onto their roof during a hurricane that came through the Valdosta area. As you can see in the before photo, the tree did cause a fair share of damage and the area had to be tarped in order to prevent further damage to the interior of the home. 

Wyatt decided to give MVW Roofing a call after noticing that several shingles have blown off of the roof. Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went to meet Wyatt and inspect his roof for any damage. Upon inspection, Zach found that Wyatt's roof was losing some granular and having some shingles slide due to the roofs aging. Zach recommended that Wyatt replace his entire roof to prevent any further shingle loss and roof damage. Wyatt was very pleased with the estimate he received from Zach at MVW Roofing and decided to move forward. Wyatt's roof was replaced within 3 weeks of the initial call into MVW Roofing.
