Jeff called MVW Roofing with an emergency roofing issue that needed attention promptly. Mitch (the MVW Roofing Owner) went out to Jeff's house to inspect the leaking roof. After inspecting the roof, the rear porch roof was in need of being replaced. Mitch provided Jeff with a free estimate for replacing the rear porch. Jeff was appreciative of the estimate that was provided and decided to move forward with the repair. 

After researching reputable roofing companies Will decided to give MVW Roofing a call to come out and have a look. Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went out to Will's home and inspected his roof. Will's roof was aged and had been patched over several times over the years. Zach provided Will with a free estimate that suggested he replace the entire roof due to the age of the roof, the amount of granular loss, and the multiple patch jobs that have been performed. Will agreed that the roof needed to be replaced and decided to move forward with the free estimate he received from MVW Roofing. Will's roof was replaced within 2 weeks of the contract signing. Will really appreciated the work performed by MVW Roofing. 

Jennifer decided to reach out to MVW Roofing after noticing several leaks that recently emerged after some bad weather. Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went out to Jennifer's house to inspect the roof for leaks and any other roofing damages that may have occurred. Upon inspection, Zach found the active leaks and noticed the fascia board on the right front of the house needed to be replaced. Jennifer was pleased that Zach was able to find the leaks and provide her with a free estimate to replace the damaged roof and fascia. Jennifer signed the proposal; the roof and fascia were both replaced within the following week. Jennifer loves her new roof!

Mrs. Willie decided to call MVW Roofing because she noticed a lot of missing shingles along the back side of the roof. Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went out to inspect the roof. He discovered that the shingles on the roof had a lot of granular loss due to the age of the roof. Zach recommended that Mrs. Willie replace the roof because a repair would not be logical as the granular loss is not repairable. She decided to go ahead with the estimate and now has a beautiful new roof on her home. 

Mr. Edwin from Hahira, GA, was dealing with a persistent leak in his home every time it rained, which was starting to cause discoloration on his bedroom ceiling. With his roof approaching twenty years old, he knew it was time for a replacement. Our appointment center reached out to schedule a convenient time for one of our top sales representatives to provide a free estimate. Mr. Edwin agreed, and Zachary came by to assess the situation.

During the inspection, Zach noticed the shingles were significantly faded from years of sun exposure and that many were missing granular, leaving the surface smooth. He explained to Mr. Edwin that a more thorough inspection would be necessary once the roof was stripped down to the decking to fully understand the extent of the leak damage. Mr. Edwin was ready to proceed with a complete roof replacement.

We added Mr. Edwin to our production schedule, and after a few weeks, our crew arrived to begin the installation. They carefully surrounded the entire home with tarps to prevent any debris from causing issues. After removing the old shingles and underlayment, we uncovered the source of the leak. We replaced the damaged decking with new OSB to ensure a long-lasting solution. Once the decking was secure, we laid down new underlayment to protect it. The homeowners chose IKO's Dynasty AR shingles in the color Biscayne, and the transformation was stunning!

After the last shingles were installed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up, leaving Mr. Edwin's yard immaculate.
