Mr. Steve of Leesburg, GA, had been battling a persistent leak that eventually caused damage inside his home. Upon arrival, Blake conducted inspection of the roof. He noted the existing shingles were faded, with a wave-like texture that signaled aging and wear. The roof had been temporarily tarped, but when Blake removed the tarp for closer inspection, he found that the decking was soft to the touch—evidence that water had seeped through.

Blake identified the culprit as a pipe boot located above the bathroom. After discussing his findings with Mr. Steve, they agreed that a full roof replacement was the best course of action. Josh bought a beautiful new home but noticed that the roof needed to be updated.
