Mr. James is a resident in the small city of Ashburn, GA. He was experiencing two active leaks in his home and was desperately ready to get his roof replaced. The last time his roof had been replaced was about fifteen years prior. His shingles were extremely worn and had lost most of their granular surface. This homeowner called MVW Roofing to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. The appointment specialist was eager to get him an appointment set up right away. Within a matter of days our sales representative arrived at the home to perform the inspection. He quickly located the sources of the two leaks that were happening. Our sales representative recommended to Mr. James that the roof be fully replaced due to substantial water damage to the decking, and the overall age of the roof. Mr. James agreed that it was definitely time to have his roof replaced. Once the homeowner looked over the estimate, he was eager to have MVW Roofing begin his job! After a short amount of time, MVW's crew arrived to give Mr. James the new roof he desperately wanted. Our crew began this job by removing the old and worn shingles. We replaced all the decking underneath that has been affected by the water damage. Once the new decking was applied, it was time for new underlayment to be laid. After this step, new IKO shingles were installed. The results look phenomenal, and Mr. James could not be happier with the new appearance of his roof!

Josh bought a beautiful new home but noticed that the roof needed to be updated.
