Mrs. Lynn called the office of MVW Roofing one morning regarding some recent issues she was having with her roof. A few years prior the roof was repaired using an opposing company, but this was not a resolution to the issue. The homeowners were still experiencing a leak within the home. She explained all of these issues to the appointment specialist who was more than happy to lend a listening ear. We scheduled Mrs. Lynn an appointment to have one of our sales representatives perform a free inspection of her roof. She was eager to find out what the Sales Representative would find, and the solutions he would recommend for her. After climbing onto the roof, our Sales Representative immediately noticed missing shingles that once covered a portion of the ridge vent, most likely causing the leak. Our sales representative placed a tarp over the exposed area to prevent further damage until we could get the job started. He also noticed that the existing shingles were severely past their recommended lifespan. This caused the shingles to become thin and brittle, and ultimately flake off. After pulling the home's measurements and taking several photos, it was time to create the estimate for Mrs. Lynn and her husband.
