Our team started by removing the remaining shingles and stripping the roof down to the bare decking. This allowed us to determine the exact number of OSB sheets needed for a complete roof replacement. Any wood exposed to water damage or penetrated by the fallen limbs was carefully removed and replaced. Once the new sheets were installed, we applied our reliable Velora underlayment to protect the decking. Finally, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the modern and stylish Granite Black color, giving the home a fresh, sleek appearance.
