Our appointment specialist set an appointment for our Sales Representative, Logan, to come and preform a free roofing inspection on her home. Logan arrived and got to work right away assessing the damage Mrs. Andrel's roof had endured. He noted that there were missing shingles likely causing the leaking issue the homeowner was having. The surface of her existing shingles were very faded, and they were smooth to the touch. Brand-new shingles are one, uniform color, with a rough texture on top. These affected pieces were removed and replaced with new OSB. After this, the Velora underlayment was rolled on as a protective barrier to seal out any leaks that may try to creep their way in in the future.
