Under porch roof wood rot
This is some major wood rot and water damage. The structure needs immediate attention.

Missing post
The rear section of the roof has no support and is danger of collapsing. The Fascia is also compromised.

Side view of rear porch
You can see how the rear porch roof is starting to bow. This need replacement as soon as possible before it collapses.

Tarp is a temporary solution
For now, this tarp will keep water from entering the home but eventually, this will give way. A roof replacement is the next step.

Shingles are worn down
The amount of asphalt shingle damage is excessive. These shingles are nearly worn down so bad that the protective glandules are no longer visible.
