The shingles on his roof previously had significant granular loss, and over time lost their color due to old age and sun damage. Our crew started by applying a protective covering around the entire home. Now it was time to scrape all of the old, worn-down shingles and underlayment off. Now that the decking was exposed, it was clear to see that some areas of the decking were due for an upgrade. Our crew replaced each piece that showed signs of damage, and then we moved forward with the underlayment. This provides an extra bit of protection to seal moisture out. Once this was properly laid, it was time to go in with IKO's Dynasty AR shingles in the color Shadow Brown. After this was completely installed, it was time for clean-up. Our crew carefully examined Mr. Todd's yard to ensure there were no nails or garbage left behind. This roof looks great, and we were so thankful we were able to help them out!
