Roof Replacement Photo Album: Damaged Shingle Roof in Albany, GA

Once MVW Roofing was contacted, we scheduled a visit to a home in Albany, GA to provide a Free Estimate for a worn-down shingle roof. From the drone footage we gathered, this roof is a prime candidate for a replacement.    The photos disclosed major wear and tear and shingle separation. We found several missing shingles which would be the reason for the interior water damage the homeowner was experiencing. Due to the separated roofing and compromised underlayment, the water has rotted the decking and caused interior wall and ceiling damage.    Our recommended approach would be to remove all the existing shingles and replace the entire roof's decking, followed by our Klaus Roofing water shield underlayment. We are making a follow-up visit later this week to Nancy's property.
