TPO- Flat Roof Replacement at Albany Apartment Complex
Challenge
Mrs. Judy, a tenant in an Albany apartment complex, reached out to MVW Roofing after receiving a high recommendation from a neighbor. Since moving in, she had faced ongoing issues with a persistently leaking roof. The water intrusion eventually led to discoloration on her ceiling, so she arranged a free estimate with one of our sales representatives to present to the complex owner. Our representative, Blake, conducted a complimentary inspection and confirmed that a complete roof replacement was necessary. During his assessment, he discovered extensive rotting in the decking underneath from years of water exposure.
Solution
To begin the renovation, we removed the existing TPO roofing and underlayment. Damaged decking was replaced with new OSB, followed by a layer of Resisto protective underlayment. Finally, we installed brand-new TPO roofing. The project was completed within three weeks of Mrs. Judy’s initial call, and she was thrilled with the results!
