Our crew carefully removed all of the remaining worn-out shingles and underlayment and they began to inspect the decking below. Unfortunately, some of the decking underneath had water exposure due to prolonged absence of shingles. Our crew worked hard to remove any and all affected decking and replace these pieces with new OSB. Once this step was completed new underlayment was applied and our top tier shingles were ready to be installed. This homeowner chose IKO's Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray.
