After a recent storm came through, her tenants found several shingles on the ground, and noticed there was a leak in the garage. Once the homeowner agreed with the estimate, our crew was prepared to get started on replacing the roof! Our crew began stripping the old, worn shingles and underlayment. They carefully inspected the roof's decking to check for rotting wood due to water exposure. They replaced all decking affected with new OSB decking. They then laid the new ice and water shield barrier to protect the decking. Once this was completed the new shingles were properly installed! The only thing left to do now was ensure that the yard was clean, and free of any debris.
