Photo Album: Wood Rott Affected Porch Repair in Smithville, Ga

While this homeowner in Smithville, Ga was having their roof replaced with us, we noticed a significant leak over the porch area of their home. The roof had been leaking for an extended period of time, and ultimately caused the wood underneath the porch to start rotting. We could not let this one, small area of imperfection take away from the perfectly installed new roof! So, we got right to work! The roof over-top of the porch was freshly replaced, so we started by removing all of the water affected wood and replacing it piece by piece! Once this was done, the porch was looking as good as new. Now, for a coat of paint!
