Photo Album: Thomasville Roof Gets a Full Replacement

    Mr. Joesph was having quite a time with his home in Thomasville, Ga. This homeowner hired an opposing roofing company to come and do a metal overlay on top of his existing shingles. This roofing company only completed about a quarter of the job and then never came back to finish the work. Frantic to find a reliable roofing company, Mr. Joseph started doing some research online. He told our appointment specialist that he googled the number one roofing company in our area and MVW Roofing was the first business to pop up. Amazing!          The homeowner dialed our office up and wanted to set up and appointment to have a free estimate done. After informing us of his story we could not help but to feel terrible about how he was treated at the company prior. Our appointment specialist set up Mr. Joesph's appointment right away. We wanted to make sure that this homeowner felt confident that we would be following up with him and keep him updated each step of the way. We strive to make a positive lasting impression of our team members and the services we do for each customer we have the opportunity to meet (including Mr. Joesph).       Our sales representative, Dalton, was assigned to this project. He arrived at this property owner's home and completed the inspection of the roof. We had a conversation with Mr. Joesph about what the next step would be. The customer informed Dalton that he did not wish to proceed with a metal roof. He opted for a full replacement of new shingles. We worked to get him on the production schedule as soon as possible so he could finally put this issue to rest. In no time Mr. Josph had a brand-new roof and the results look astonishing. We are so thankful that we were able to give this customer some peace of mind!
