Photo Album: Major roof shingle damages in Shellman, GA

We found a severely damaged roof in the Shellman, GA area. From the beginning, we found evidence of shingle damage that extended into the home's attic. At first, this homeowner only thought he had a few shingles lifting and possibly some wood rot that infected the underlayment and decking. Little did Frankie know, that this damage was spreading to all areas of the roof and attic sections.    When we inspected the roof, we documented every area that needed repair. The problem is, that there are too many sections of the roof that need repairs so the only real solution would to be replace the decking, underlayment, and shingles. We then proceeded to the attic only to find extensive wood damage and rotted plywood. We even noticed a few small areas inside the home that were showing ceiling and plaster damage.
